RENTAL NOTES:
- When booking with us we require 400 euros deposit for the property,per week and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
- When you have confirmed your booking we will send you an enquiry form and terms and conditions to be filled out and returned to us.
- Payments are to be made by bank transfer.
- Please Note: A booking is provisional until it is confirmed by filling in and returning the bookings form along with T&C's and the booking deposit has been recieved via bank transfer by the owners.
- We require £300 security deposit for the property per week which you can bring with you on arrival in cash and at the end of your stay we will check the property and if everything is okay we will return your money on departure.
- There are no hidden charges, prices include gas, electricity, water and all bedlinen, pillows and quilts. please note: we do not provide electricity for electric vehicles (EV). You can find your power source at the local supermarket which is 10 minutes away in car.
- Towels are available for hire upon request, all the information is on your bookings form.
